The following Terms & Conditions form an agreement between you (the client) and Pony & Wolf Pop Up Picnics (we / us)
· By paying the deposit you confirm you agree to these Terms & Conditions (or the Terms and Conditions sent directly to you to complete)
· Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the specified deposit amount. The deposit is non refundable.
· A progress payment may be required 1 month out and the final payment will be due 14 days prior to your booking date
· A bond may be required, this will be refunded within 48 hrs of the event, less any charges for damaged items or cleaning.
· Please note that whether or not a bond has been paid, we do request a payment of
$50 (per rug) for cleaning of rugs in the event of any major spill & suitable reimbursement in the event of breakages or missing items
· Weather, we cannot control and should the weather be unsuitable (due to rain / wet ground / extreme heat / high winds) we will need to revert to your Plan B.
· We do ask that you consider a Plan B option when you book. We are happy to move your event to an indoor or covered location (please note if extra travel is required there may be extra costs incurred), for bookings of under 6 guests we are also happy to reschedule your booking due to inclement weather to another date subject to availability. There is a $150 rescheduling fee. There are no refunds.
· We are happy to reschedule your booking date subject to availability at no extra cost with at least 21 days notice – we can also provide a credit / gift certificate for the full deposit amount. There are no refunds.
· Cancellation – There are no refunds but we may at our discretion offer you a credit or partial credit towards a future event. Please note that the booking price may change for your next booking.
· Should you cancel your event with less than 2 weeks notice there is no refund or credit for monies paid however we will not claim any remaining payment.
· Should you cancel your event with less than 48hr notice there is no refund or credit of monies paid and we will charge any remainder owing.
· Location – if your event is to be held in a public space, please remember we cannot guarantee any space unless it is prebooked by the client. We may need to move the location for a number of reasons, we cannot guarantee privacy, shade or views. If we cannot gain access to the agreed location we will find another suitable spot nearby and advise you as soon as the location is secured. All local rules, laws and signs apply. Please note alcohol may be prohibited at some locations – the client is responsible for abiding by any council rules and we cannot be held responsible.
· If there is a fee for holding a picnic set up by a professional picnic company such as us, the client is responsible for paying that fee or any resulting fines related to not having paid that fee
· Dietary requirements – please ensure we are advised of any requirements. We will do our best to cater to dietary requirements however we cannot guarantee that there will not be traces of allergens in provided catering. We also take no responsibility for any sickness due to a failure in stating recommended consumption, ingredients or allergen warnings.
